Looking forward to a great turnout this year. I plan on bringing the family of cars and my family! I have bragged numerous times that out of 100's of car shows this is the best family atmosphere I have been to and some of the nicest cars I have ever seen.
We have enjoyed both shows. You do a great job, especially with the number of entries you have. Next year, I would like to suggest an incoming line for preregistered only and an incoming line for new registrations. I thought having our names on a list with a registration slip in the paper bag was a great idea....keep up the wonderful work

Great show and lots of beautiful cars. Overall I believe you had a well run show, but you must do something about the LONG line just to get to a parking space. I'll be looking forward to next years show.
Great show, one of the best. Lots of beautiful cars and great surroundings. Must do something about the long line to get in. Car overheated and lost all water by the time I got parked. Looking forward to next year.

thank you mike and ruth burnett(1979 bandit trans am)
This was my first time to your show and me and my family thought it was great! I will bring more people next year. This is by far one of the better shows in this area! Thanks for a great time.
Very nice show. This was my second year there being I'm from Athens. The only problem I have is that we were parked behind UG White where no one came to see our vehicles. When I pulled in the show the parking places beside UG White and CEI were open. When I tried to park there one of the workers stopped me and made me park behind UG White in the used car lot back there. I was then told by this worker that if I wanted to park on the square I should have gotten there earlier. After I was told that he began parking people that came to the show later than me closer to the square than me. I was also with two other vehicles that we all planned to park together and we were split up. I would have had no problem with parking where we did had there not been closer parking places and I had not been talked to the way I was by one of your workers. I hate to say it but I feel I was treated unfairly. I hope the parking situation is straightened out before next year. On a side note, the registration in the bag was a great idea. Keep that up. Thanks guys. Sorry to have to vent.
Nice show, I wish that there were some sort of grouping available. I showed a relatively new car (1999 10AE Miata) and was told by the person working the square that I needed to get out of the square, he assumed I wasn't showing, just got in the wrong place. I used to show other cars and this certainly had a lot of potential but still room for improvement, too. I came out to support the community.

I received the flyer in the mail. Great job on the flyer! Would it be possible for you to upload that flyer to this website? I have some friends I want to send it to, but I'm not sure if scanning and email will do it justice.
Also, the Heart of Dixie Chevelle club is getting geared up to park some cars.
I guess everyone was more worried about getting to the cruise-in than supporting a local football team today. Thanks for the great planning of the cruise-in.
For your information the guy who planed the cruise in donated two door prizes and also mailed out over 100 flyers for the E L show not only that he offered James P. (E L show chairman) the rights to run and have total control of the cruise in and vol. to help him. My kids went to East and all of them played ball I 'm a supporter of anything East Limestone . These are facts I have stated, I was at the E L show , good door prizes, nice cars and numbers were up from last year. Good job East Limestone Folks, BEAT ATHENS 2010
Does anyone know what kind of door prizes are given away at the athens cruise in ? Thanks Big T
For anyone who may have missed the first 2 Cruise In this year, (March - April 2010) you can view the cars and trucks by going to www.autosouth.com/cruise-gallery1.htm or www.athensplus.com/cruiseinapril2010.htm. AthensPlus.com and AutoSouth.com are very pleased to have you enjoy these beautiful and rare vehicles.

I was curious about the Grave Digger simulator that is going to be there. I have a boy fixing to turn 2 that would love that. Is that for all ages, and does anyone know the charge to ride it? Sorry to ask, but we would be going a long way for him to see it. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.
Is the car show gonna be moved due to the weather?
carsonthesquare will be moved to may 1 we will combine it with the may 1 cruise in using car shoe times 8-3 pm thanks Bland
Just talked to Bland Allen about the 2nd postponement of the 2010 show. Hopefully the weather will begin to cooperate soon. We always look forward to participating in the show and enjoy the monthly Cruise-Ins. Please note your calendars for July 17, 2010. Landers McLarty Dodge Chrysler Jeep Subaru, in Huntsville, is sponsoring an open to all type vehicles and motorcycles show to benefit charity. All proceeds will go to 2 Hospice organizations this year. There will be a drawing, for registered participants only, to win a car. Details of the car will be announced at a later date.
Also, the 12th annual Mopar only show will be at Huntsville Dragway June 19, 2010. Lennie Schrimsher
